On December 12, delegation experts from Fisheries College of Jimei University, including Professor Zhang Chunxiao, Dean of Fisheries College, and Professor Sun Yunzhang, Director of Nutrition and Feed Research Office, came to visit Nutriera Group. Dr. Yang Yong, President of Nutriera Group, led the top management team to warmly receive the guests.
HR Director Ms. He Fen gave a detailed introduction about Nutriera Group, including its rapid growth, talent cultivation system and concentrations on technology and distinctive international development, which made a profound impression on the guests. Prof. Zhang highly affirmed the development of Nutriera and pointed out that Nutriera can accurately grasp the changing trends of aquaculture industry and pain points of customers, provide professional solutions for customers in an innovative way, and make a positive contribution to the development of the industry. He also spoke highly of the unique model of Nutriera's talent cultivation system, and hoped that the cooperation between universities and enterprises in education and vocational training will be strengthened in the future.

Prof. Sun shared detailed information on Jimei University's national first-class subject, Aquaculture and provincial first-class subject, Animal Sciences. He said that relevant subjects have been qualified to build an industrial college, hoping that enterprises can promote high-quality courses and jointly establish industry knowledge and practical skills curriculum system to help students better understand the industry and master practical skills, and to cultivate professional talents that are more in line with industry development. Prof. Zhang and Prof. Sun invited Nutriera to provide courses for the students in Fisheries College, and work together to cultivate high-quality industry talents.

Fisheries College of Jimei University
In 1972, Shanghai Fisheries College moved to Xiamen and changed its name to Xiamen Fisheries College. While in October 1994, five universities, including Xiamen Fisheries College in Jimei Village merged to found Jimei University. It was renamed as Fisheries College of Jimei University.
In the past 5 years, the college has undertaken more than 220 scientific research projects, such as national key research and development projects, national natural science fund projects and provincial and ministerial projects. They have published 510 academic papers in various academic journals at home and abroad, and have obtained 72 national invention patents and cultivated 4 national approval new varieties.
