Cargill Aqua Nutrition Group Globe President Dr. Einar Wathne visited Nutriera Group

Cargill Aqua Nutrition(CQN) Group Globe President Dr. Einar Wathne and his team visited Nutriera Group on 6th December morning. Nutriera Group President Dr. Yong Yang and Vice President Dr. Song Zhang led top officials of Nutriera to warmly receive the honored guests.

This activity is another high profile exchange between CQN Group senior team and Nutriera Group after CQN Group senior team’s visit on September 29, 2017. It also one of the series of promotion activities of the strategic cooperation between the two sides. CQN Asia Group Director Mr. Rob Heithoff, CQN North Asia Managing Director Mr. Henry Tang, CQN South China Commercial Director Mr. Chaowen Chen and CQN North Asia CFO Mr. Fray Tao and others attended the communication meeting.

Nutriera Group Vice President Dr. Song Zhang introduced the development features and new trend of Chinese aquaculture in detailed. The series of presentations from Nutriera Group won high praises from CQN Group senior management and the heads are also fully affirmed the achievement attained by both sides.

Dr. Einar Wathne was highly appreciative of Nuriera Group’s strategic planning and rapid development under the global layout and guiding suggestions in terms of business promotion strategies and international operations was given. Dr. Einar Wathne said the cooperation between both sides was mainly focused on aquaculture now. He hoped that, in the future, in the fields of raw materials trade, genetic breeding, animal protein, food and internet services in which Cargill already had strong techniques and business accumulation, both sides could have in-depth exchange and could discuss more cooperation chances.

In addition, the two sides also discussed topics of interest and mutually concerned like the development trend of global aquaculture, food safety, non-antibiotics aquaculture, new technique of aquatic feed and promotion of probiotics in depth.
