Overseas Chinese Association of Ecuador visited Nutriera
Mr. Cai Zhipeng, the President of Overseas Chinese Association of Ecuador, together with a group of seven people visited Guangzhou Nutriera on 3rd November, 2016.
Dr. Yang Yong, Dr. Zhang Song and several technical management experts of Nutriera participated in the meeting.This meeting is the most important agenda in China of 2016 for Ecuador Overseas Chinese Association. President Mr. Cai Zhipeng, vice President Mr. Tan Erpeng and some other Ecuador’s Overseas Chinese leaders have introduced the local politics, economy, civilization especially the current situation and demands of agricultural developments accordingly. On the other hand, Nutriera shared the opportunities and challenges for Chinese fishery present status and future development, especially its internationalization, experience and achievements, which gained high praise from the Ecuador guests.
Both parties have reached several cooperation agreements in agriculture field upon the thorough exchange, deeper understanding and mutual trust. According to the agreement, both sides will strengthen the exchange of visits and further communication in the future so as to promote the cooperation of agricultural economy projects, to enhance friendship and mutual trust between China and Ecuador.
The Republic of Ecuador is located in the Northwest of South America, Northeast of Colombia, borders on Peru in the Southeast and faces the Pacific on the West. Its land area is 256000 square kilometer and the Administrative division covers 24 provinces. The number of population is 14 million with 6070 USD per capita income. Its East and West have tropical rainforest climate whose annual average temperature is 23-25 degrees. The climate in the central Andes region is Savannah and Subtropical forest. Ecuador implements presidential system which is elected for nations. It is export-oriented economy with core industries in petroleum, bananas, shrimps, flowers and followed by cocoa and coffees. Mineral resources are mainly for gold, silver and cooper.
