2. Problem

 

Water condition on July 23

 

The blue-green algae bloomed after several continuously sunny days, the algae covered nearly 1/3 of the pond surface. pH is rising, the fingerlings were losing appetite, and the algal toxin is also a potential risk.

 

3. Solution

 

1) On July 24 afternoon, use BottomMaster 200 g/1000 m², spread the pellet in the pond evenly.

2) On July 25th morning, use ToxinClean 200 g/1000 m³ + AquaJoy 300 g/1000 m³ (molasses activation for 2 hours) + CareGut  fermentation 10 L/1000 m³, splash the solution in pond evenly.

 

4. Performance

 

Water condition during treatment 

 

The blue-green algae were significantly reduced on the second day after use, and there was no algae bloom on surface on the third day after use. The pH decreased to safe range, fingerlings’ vitality and appetite turned better. 

 

1) BottomMaster could control the release of nutrition from bottom, which could control the growth of blue-green algae.

2) ToxinClean could quickly remove toxins produced by cyanobacteria and purifies water.

3) CareGut could improve the water quality, which is not suitable for blue-green algae any more. AquaJoy could release some bioactive substances to inhabit the growth of blue-green algae, both CareGut and AquaJoy quickly occupy the ecological niche, fight for nutrition with blue-green algae.
